Privacy statement

This statement explains how keep it forever treats your information. It takes about a minute to read.

Your photos and words live in your own iCloud account. They are encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest. We do not see them, copy them, or share them. They belong to you and only you.

We collect no personal data about you. We don’t ask for your name, email, or phone number. We don’t run analytics. We don’t track your behaviour inside the app, and we don’t use third-party advertising or data brokers.

We never sell or share your data. There is no business model in which your content or activity is sold to anyone. There never will be.

You are always in control. You can export a copy of everything you’ve stored (“Lag kopi”) at any time, and you can delete your data and your account (“Slett meg”) whenever you wish. Deletion is permanent.

If you contact us for support, we can help you with how the app works, but we have no way to view, recover, or change your content.

For users in the European Union: under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. The export and delete features in the app cover these rights. For questions, write to the email below.

keep it forever is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under that age, we will delete it.

If this statement changes, we will let you know inside the app. If you don’t accept the changes, you can export your data and delete your account at any time.
