Remember: keep it forever is meant as an inner sanctuary for digital memories and photos – not as a storage place for all your photos.

Please read the text below carefully. By using keep it forever you accept this agreement.
This is important. We do everything we can to take care of your photos and memories, and to prevent even a single pixel or letter from being lost. This is our mission, and our promise to every Keeper. Should data loss or corruption nevertheless occur, regardless of cause, such loss will not be compensated.
Your account is created with “Sign in with Apple”. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. All content is stored in your own iCloud account and is available as long as you have an active iCloud account. If keep it forever were to be discontinued one day, we will give you plenty of time and help to export everything you have saved. In addition, you can download a copy of all your photos and texts at any time, sorted the same way as in the app.

The subscription is managed through the App Store and can be cancelled at any time.
Your content is always yours. Your photos and texts are protected by Apple’s encryption. Not even we can see what you have stored. Please only store content that complies with applicable laws. In case of misuse of the service we may revoke your access.
Our potential liability is in any case limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the current calendar year. We may update this agreement as needed, and will inform you in the app if so. The agreement is governed by Norwegian law, and any disputes will be handled by Norwegian courts.
